Dear Cory,
This year’s giving emphasis is based on Lamentation 3:21-24 and what Jesus taught concerning money. The scripture says, “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, God’s mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
Jesus spoke many times concerning the faithful use of the resources God gives to us. It is to be noted that Jesus spoke about money more frequently than any other subject except the kingdom of God. He gave an unusual amount of time and energy to the money question. Perhaps you will recall one of the occasions form Mark 12:41, in the moving story about the “widow’s mite,” where it teaches about sacrificial giving.

Below is a weekly and monthly giving guide. Use either one of these guides to find your current weekly or monthly income giving. Pray and consider how God might help you to grow in your percentage of giving.
