Cory United Methodist Church is an open, caring church that has been serving the community at its present location since 1947.
Located in heart of the Glenville community, we offer opportunities for spiritual renewal and growth, as well as opportunities to participate in or serve on a wide variety of outreach programs or church committees.
Our Sunday services are intellectually stimulating and emotional uplifting, with great contemporary and traditional music, each Sunday beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Programs located within our facility include: a Head Start Day-Care Center, providing day-care services for children ages 1 to 5 years, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
A Senior Program, providing social activities and daily lunches to seniors Monday through Thursdays, Computer classes on Tuesdays from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Exercise Room available Mondays and Wednesdays 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
A Hunger Center, distributing groceries to families during the week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
A Recreation Center, operating Mondays through Fridays from 12:00 Noon to 8:00 p.m.; and computer classes, offering basic lessons on Thursdays.
